antique hand painted porcelain platter

This beautifully hand painted platter is signed on the back with a date of 1902. Roses in pink, white and red look to be painted by someone with skill. It measures 16 1/4" L X 13 7/8" H X 1" D. The edges turn up with a scalloped edge and raised swirly leaf design. The back is stamped with what looks like T&Y or TAY in a rectangle. The signature is A S Pierlier? very hard to make out. It has been displayed in my home for many years/decades. It belonged to my grandmother and probably her mother before her. Unfortunately I no longer have a place for it and someone should enjoy it. It's in excellent condition. No chips, cracks or crazing which is pretty amazing considering it's over 120 years old. There are a few surface scuffs mostly on the back, one on the front top edge. It be shipped the same or next business day double/triple boxed so it can hopefully make it another 120 years.
